Blue solar fleet with green heart
The new car pool of the solar-specialist TiSUN visually shines in a new sunny design. But the real innovation of the fleet is not on - but under the hood. The solar thermal-specialist uses environmentally friendly vehicles in Austria, Germany, Italy, France and Spain.
The BlueMotion cars utilized by the sales representatives in the European markets have been optimized in terms of pollutant emissions and consume less fuel. “With the high environmental impact our new car pool reduces the CO2 emission by one third”, explains Robin Welling, CEO of the TiSUN GmbH. “The decimation of greenhouse gases is an important part of our daily business. The work that every TiSUN employee does saves an average 90 tonnes of CO2 annually.”
Creating awareness of the financial benefits of environmentally friendly investments is a goal, which the whole energy industry has to focus on. A solar thermal system with 10 m² of collectors annually saves a household approximately 1,5 tonnes of CO2.
The solar-expert TiSUN has been certified with the international environmental management standard, which helps organizations to minimize all operations that negatively affect the environment. "Various actions in our company are based on the ISO environmental policy. The blue fleet with a green heart is one of them. We will also invest in eco-friendly actions in most of our 44 sales countries", said Robin Welling.
TiSUN has developed, manufactures and distributes complete solar-thermal-systems for over two decades. The solar systems provide independent, unlimited, free solar energy for space heating, domestic hot water heating, process heating and cooling. TiSUN as a specialist in solar thermal industry has an export quota of 83 percent. The innovation and market leader employs 115 people in Tyrol / Austria and 90 direct and indirect sales representatives in Europe. The products are available in 44 markets in the EU27, Switzerland, the former CIS countries, USA, MENA, Australia and India. All products meet the stringent quality criteria of the Solar Keymark certificate.
