TiSUN marked last year with five new product developments, a world innovation and over 70 further developments in its product portfolio. This season, the Tyrolean solar experts are focusing on solar components. TiSUN is enhancing existing products and expanding its range of solar stations in the set and large systems sector.

Solar hot water sets

The advanced solar hot water set works with the new BE-SSP-E solar hot water tank and the SFRE cutting-edge 1-line solar station with Simplex control unit. It efficiently charges the solar tank, which meets the technical requirements for a hot water system. It can be combined with any form of additional heating such as gas, oil, pellets or electric immersion heaters.

In addition to these product innovations, TiSUN has considerably reduced the price of the solar hot water sets and is offering installers and TiSUN partners top quality at attractive purchase prices.

Solar stations

The innovative SFE 1-line solar station puts the finishing touch to the solar station product range. The SFE is available in three versions, without control unit, or with Simplex or Duplex solar control unit. Like all TiSUN solar stations, the 1-line solar station boasts impressive components such as the line regulator valve with integrated flow meter, the solar pressure relief valve and the multifunctional isolation valve with thermometer and built-in metal gravity brake. With these features, it surpasses normal product standards.

The gravity brake for solar forward flow is an add-on product for the SFE which prevents reverse circulation in the solar circuit.

The solar station expansion module cost-effectively strengthens the pump of the solar stations. As a 1-line module for East-West systems or for incorporating an additional tank, it increases the collector area by 25 m², 50 m² or 100 m².

The basic module of the solar station for large systems is quickly, easily and cost-effectively cascadable with expansion modules from 200 to 400 m². The module system is rounded off by the sensor module for measuring flow, pressure and temperature for system monitoring and heat quantity metering. In combination with the Duplex solar control unit, the sensor module saves this data securely on the SD memory card via the software package.

Solar control units

The progressive Simplex Basic single-loop solar control unit uses an electronic temperature difference control unit and has an extra output for additional heating. It is perfect for hot water systems and the price is extremely reasonable.

The ambient temperature sensor for heating circuit and the remote control unit for heating circuit control the forward flow temperatures in the Multiplex solar control unit even more precisely.

Hot water tank

TiSUN has designed the solar BE-SSP-E hot water tank in response to market needs. This compact, technically simplified version is more cost-effective and therefore ideally satisfies the increased demand for hot water systems. It can be charged with a combination of solar heat and energy from additional heating.

Fine-tuning

The anti-stagnation unit with three-way motor switching valve is an exciting addition to the high-quality range of accessories for solar heating systems.

With their effective separation, the microbubble deaerator for the solar circuit and the deaerator with Autoclose for differentiating steam and air guarantee problem-free solar circulation for decades.

The anti-legionella setting with domestic hot water mixing valve and circulation pump supplies single-family households with domestic hot water (reduced water consumption) and protects against legionella in accordance with the statutory norms. The ready-to-install component is fully insulated and assembled.

The swimming pool charging station discharges the excess solar yield into the pool. The station is ready to install with two solar-side connectors and isolation valves, two sensor pockets for pump control, and overheating protection for swimming pool plastic pipes.
