SAG SOLAR EXPANSION TANK

SAG solar expansion tanks are used in solar heating systems to keep system pressure constant. Tanks are available for solar systems with areas of 6 to 200 m2. SAG tanks are mounted in either a hanging or standing position, depending on size. Tank connection couplings and a variety of mounts and corrugated connecting hoses are available as accessories.



CONNECTION SET FOR SOLAR EXPANSION TANKS

These sets are used to connect solar expansion tanks of various sizes to solar stations. The connection line consists of one stainless steel corrugated pipe with flat-sealing connections. With the tank connector coupling, the SAG tank can be maintained or replaced without draining the system. The sets are delivered in individual parts.



THREE WAY DIVERTER VALVE

This three way diverter valve with 230 V electromotor drive is used in closed solar and heating circuits for hydraulic switching or locking. Always install it with the motor block on top. By turning the motor housing, the flow path can be modified in an idle state.

The microbubble deaerator has been designed for (fully) automatic separation of air from water/glycol mixtures (max. 40%). The prefabricated insulation is characterised by low thermal conductivity as well as excellent thermal stability and can be adapted to the microbubble deaerator by simple separation (cutter knife) at the cutting marks.



SERVICE WATER MIXING VALVE

The service water mixing valve has been specifically developed for systems with high flow or continuously high temperatures



LINE REGULATOR VALVE

High-temperature bypass Taco setter allows simple and direct regulation, display and shutting off the flow in collector arrays of different sizes.

DEAERATOR WITH AUTOCLOSE

Automatic air separator with Autoclose system. Can be installed near collector. Deaerator closes automatically starting at 90 ºC. Temperature max. up to 180 ºC, pressure max. 10 bar.



FROST PROTECTION AND HEAT TRANSFER FLUID

The frost protection fluid prevents frost damage in the solar system while at the same protecting against corrosion. The fluid is biodegradable, food safe and does not corrode the standard seal material used in heating systems. It is ASTM tested and complies with ÖNORM, AFSSA (France) and KIWA-ATA (Netherlands).

Available as:

  • FWF-K anti-freeze concentrate
  • FWF-F ready-mixed anti-freeze agent for temperatures to -25 °C
  • Evaporation-proof frost protection, FWF-VSF ready-mixed anti-freeze agent for temperatures to -28 °C


FILLING AND FLUSHING PUMP

The flushing pump allows the quick, clean filling and flushing of solar systems with heat transport medium. The compact unit consists of a trolley, 50 l container, pump and two temperature resistant forward flow and return hoses. Max. fluid temperature +60 °C.



PRESSURE UNIT

The pressure unit allows quick testing of all hydraulic connections between the collectors for tightness. The compact unit consists of manufactured aluminium and stainless steel parts. It is suitable for use with all hydraulic connection sets.



INSTALLATION WRENCH SET

A combination of the two installation wrenches allows quick tightening or counter-rotating all cutting ring threaded connections in the basic and expansion set connection set of module and large collectors.



FM TRANSPORT DEVICE

The FM transport device allows FM collectors to be transported easily using a crane or 2 persons. A tensionally locked connection between the transport device and the collector is achieved by means of a star knob for developing the tension force. The FM transport device is only suitable for TiSUN® collectors FM-S and FM-W.



SOLAR CHECK CASE

The solar case is used for start-up and for annual checks of solar systems. It contains test and information labels, a refractometer for measuring the concentration, pH measuring strips, inclinometer, compass and pressure gauge. It also contains an acceptance protocol in accordance with AustriaSolar for start-up solar systems.
