POLYESTER FIBRE FLEECE INSULATION
The outer shell is made of hard synthetic polystyrene sheeting, which is 1 mm thick with a grey (RAL 9022) textured surface. The inner insulation shell is made of polyester fibre fleece. The three-part shell is assembled using adjustable clip locking rails. Including lid and base insulation as well as EPS sealing plugs. Entire insulation: fire resistance class B1, CFC-free and 100% recyclable.

SPHERICAL EXCHANGER FOR SOLAR STRATIFIED TANK PRO-CLEAN®/2WR/PRO-HEAT
The spherical exchanger ensures optimum charging of the stratified tank. A copper finned tube heat exchanger, which transfers the heat, is integrated.
SPHERICAL EXCHANGER CONNECTION SET
The spherical exchanger set includes 2 pieces of flexible corrugated stainless-steel pipe. One end has a flat sealing thread (spherical exchanger connection), while the other has a tapered thread (solar connection). A corrugated hose that has been bent to the smallest bend radius must not be bent again. 2 flat seals are provided for this connection.
DUMMY FLANGE PLATE
Closes the spherical exchanger flange on the Pro-Clean® and Pro-Heat tank when the spherical exchanger is not used. Delivery incl. seal.
CIRCULATION LANCE
A circulation lance for preheating hot water is used in tanks with up to 5 kW circulation loss.
A lance is mounted directly to the hot water connection of the tank.
CORRUGATED CONNECTION PIPE
For parallel connection of Pro-Clean®, fresh water or backup tank, incl. carrier trays, rubber insulation and 6/4“ connection fitting. Used for heating systems up to 50 kW.
The corrugated pipe connects 2 FS and/or PSN tanks and may only be installed in a horizontal position with no sagging (avoid thermosiphon action)!
PRIORITY FLAP
Special priority flap allows the upper section of the FS tank to be prioritycharged when connected to an expansion tank. Can be used with a maximum boiler output of 70 kW.
