POLYESTER FIBRE FLEECE INSULATION FOR BE-SSP-E SOLAR TANK
The outer shell is made of hard synthetic polystyrene sheeting, which is 1 mm thick with a grey (RAL 9022) textured surface. The inner insulation shell is made of polyester fibre fleece. The threepart shell is assembled using adjustable clip locking rails. Including lid and base insulation as well as EPS sealing plugs. Entire insulation: Fire resistance class B1, CFC-free and 100% recyclable.

SLUDGE SEPARATOR FOR HEATING CIRCUITS
The sludge separtor removes sludge particles from the system water. This helps to reduce faults, wear and tear and maintenance to a minimum. Sludge particles can be flushed out while the system is running.

SOLAR/HEATING PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER
The plate heat exchangers are made of thin, corrugated stainless-steel (AISI 316) plates, soldered together under vacuum using copper as solder. Max. design temperature is 160 °C, max. design pressure is 16 bar for types PWT 10N-50N and 32 bar for all the other types.

SOLAR/SWIMMING POOL PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER
The plate heat exchangers are made of thin corrugated stainless-steel (AISI 316) plates, joined using stainless-steel diffusion technology. (Corrosion-resistant like stainless steel) A higher pressure, temperature and corrosion resistance compared to copper-soldered plate heat exchangers is achieved in this manner.
EEH ELECTRIC SCREW-IN HEATING ELEMENT
These electric screw-in heating elements are used for heating water in boilers and backup tanks. They have an external thermostat and an integrated safety temperature limiter. With a 1½" connection and an unheated zone of 150 mm, suitable for use in containers with up to 150 mm insulation. The extension sleeve required for this purpose (= reduction from 2", item no. 002 143) is available as an accessory. Protection class IP 44.

EFH ELECTRIC SCREW-IN HEATING ELEMENT
Electric flange heating ensures a supply of hot water in large tanks and boilers. Installation for flange connections with the dimension DN 200. 150 mm unheated zone. The flange heating has a dual-circuit design, each with an exterior thermostat and safety temperature limiter. Temperature control from 5–75 °C. Safety temperature limiter permanently set to 95 °C. Protection class IP 44.

BOILER SAFETY GROUP
The safety group 24 provides optimum protection from pressure exceedance in closed drinking water heaters, in compliance with DIN 1988, part 2, DIN 4753, part 1 and DIN EN 1488. It complies with the sound insulation regulations in accordance with DIN 4109 (sound insulation in buildings), category 1, and comprises, in a consolidated format, all components that must be fitted to drinking water heaters as stipulated by DIN 1988 and DIN EN 1488. The safety valve protects the downstream drinking water heater and the return flow inhibitor prevents the heated drinking water from flowing back.

BOILER SAFETY CENTRE
The boiler safety centre safeguards closed drinking water heaters to max. 560 l volume, in compliance with DIN 1988, part 2; DIN 4753, part 1; DIN 4807, part 5 and DIN EN 1488. It comprises all components that must be fitted on the input side of drinking water heaters as stipulated by DIN 1988 and DIN EN 1488. In addition, the equipment comprises a flow fitting with integrated maintenance shut-off as well as a flow through membrane expansion tank (MAG) with 12 l or 18 l nominal volume, in a compact format.

IMPRESSED CURRENT ANODE
An impressed current anode is a long-term alternative to a sacrificial anode. It is based on the most advanced technology and provides a lasting, electronically controlled protective current for your tank. The continuous protective current is controlled by a potentiostat and is supplied by a titanium electrode in the tank. This provides safe protection against corrosion in all TiSUN enamelled steel tanks.
